The staff were attentive, ensuring all our needs were met. We loved the comfortable rooms with feather pillows and a comfy mattress. The location was great, just a short walk from the train station and only 10 minutes from the city center. Breakfast was served in a pleasant environment with plenty of choices.

The room amenities are great, including tea and coffee facilities, a mini-bar and a flat-screen TV. The staff were exceptional and provided quality services like room service, laundry, housekeeping, and tours/ticket assistance. The bar/lounge area was a great spot to relax and the dining in-room breakfast was lovely. The leisure facilities were fantastic with Wi-Fi, luggage storage, and an express check-in/-out service.

The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city, just minutes away from the bus station and all major attractions. It is surrounded by famous shops and provides easy access to the Cornavin station. The rooms are spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, with nice touches like chocolates, fresh fruit. The staff is friendly and responsive, providing helpful information and even delivering tea making facilities to the room within minutes. The breakfast options are varied and satisfying.

The double glazed windows were not very effective in blocking out noise from nearby clubs on weekends, which could be disruptive to sleep.

The suite itself was beautifully updated and tastefully decorated, preserving the historical charm of the original building. The central location of the hotel made it convenient to explore the city, with the train station just a short walk away. The Wi-Fi, although a bit flaky at times, mostly worked fine and didn't hinder my stay. my experience at Hotel D'Alleves in Geneva was one of the best I've had in a while.
